Linden Elementary School is part of the Oak Ridge City School System, and is one of the four elementary schools. Description This is a two digit by one digit and two digit by two digit multiplication board game. Students will play the game in a group and race to the hidden treasure. In order to get to the hidden treasure, students will have to correctly answer the multiplication problems that are on the cards they draw.
Description Math Night was a family fun night that was held at Glenwood Elementary School. My partner and I ran a both based on estimation. Students had to estimate how many times they could do certain activities in one minute. They had to record their estimations, perform the activity, and then record the actual number of times.
Description In this lesson, students will learn the lifestyle, culture, customs, and traditions of the Cherokee Indians. Students participate in a naming ceremony where they will receive their own Cherokee names, and the students will participate in a Cherokee council meeting.
